Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our house plans, all sales are final.

Once plans have been delivered, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Digital files cannot be revoked or “sent back,” so we encourage you to carefully review all plan details prior to purchase.

If you have any questions regarding layout, square footage, features, or suitability for your project, we are happy to assist before you place your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if delivery has not yet occurred.

Because each plan is reviewed prior to release as part of our quality control process, cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.

After delivery, all sales remain final and no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
